Professional lead follow-up, whatever you sell

Every lead called on time. None left behind.

A lead comes in and your team gets an alert on their phones, once alerts are turned on for each device. Whoever takes it first makes the call and logs the outcome in two taps. You see who called, and which leads are still waiting.

Demo, fictitious data

Demo: one lead, from arrival to appointment

2 / 609:02 The team is alerted

Every team member gets the alert on the devices where they turned it on. It shows no name and no number.

Demo, fictitious data

The demo scenario, in six steps. Names and figures are fictitious.

  1. 09:02, The lead comes in. Camille submits your form. As soon as it reaches us, the lead is in Valko with the answers.
  2. 09:02, The team is alerted. Every team member gets the alert on the devices where they turned it on. It shows no name and no number.
  3. 09:03, Karim takes the lead. The lead is offered to the whole team: whoever takes it first owns it.
  4. 09:04, He calls. “Call now” opens Karim’s phone. When he comes back, the lead’s page is waiting for the call outcome.
  5. 09:11, He logs the outcome. He picks the outcome and saves it. The lead moves on to its next stage.
  6. 09:11, Sophie sees it. On the manager’s screen, the lead is counted: received, taken, contacted. Sophie didn’t have to ask.

The app’s interface is in French today: its screens are translated here so that you can follow them.

Where your leads come from

Wherever they come from, one thread. Your Facebook and Instagram lead forms come in automatically; a lead from anywhere else is added by hand, then called and followed up the same way.

  • Facebook and InstagramYour lead forms come in automatically.
  • Already receivedA CSV export of those forms can be imported.
  • Anywhere elseA call, a trade show: the lead is added by hand.
Received.
The lead is in Valko with its answers, and your team gets an alert on their phones.
Taken.
Whoever takes it first owns it. For everyone else, it’s no longer up for grabs.
Called.
One button opens the phone. Back in the app, logging the outcome takes two taps.
Followed up.
Every follow-up has a date. If no first call is made within the time you set, you get an alert.

Journey

From first alert to signed deal, every step tells you what to do next.

The demo showed a lead who picks up. Here’s the same morning when nobody answers.

  1. 09:02Tuesday, October 13

The lead comes in. The whole team is alerted.

The alert goes to every device where it was turned on. It shows no name and no number: nothing about your lead can be read on a locked screen.

  2. 09:03Tuesday, October 13

Whoever takes it first owns it.

Karim taps “Take this lead” and it’s his. Inès reads that it was just taken; Lucas, opening the alert, that it’s already being handled. Neither of them sees by whom.

  3. 09:04Tuesday, October 13

He calls. No answer: two taps, and the follow-up has a date.

“Call now” opens Karim’s phone: the call goes out from his own number. Back in the app, he picks the outcome, saves it, and the follow-up is scheduled.

  4. 09:06Thursday, October 15

On follow-up day, the lead’s owner gets an alert.

The follow-up doesn’t rest on anyone’s memory: when the day comes, Karim gets the alert. You set how many follow-ups there are and how far apart.

  5. 09:12Thursday, October 15

Camille picks up. The appointment is set.

Karim logs the appointment date. The lead moves on to the quote, then the signed deal, and the history keeps every call with its outcome.

Managers

Nobody called? Once the time you set is up, you know.

Every lead costs you money. You see what becomes of each one. Who took it, who’s running late, what each campaign brings in.

The first-call alert

A new lead nobody has called? Once the time you set is up, you get the alert, with the name of the person in charge of it.

The team’s numbers

Received, taken, contacted, won: every number opens the list of leads behind it.

Who can take a lead right now

Who’s available, who’s away, who hasn’t turned on alerts: you know before a lead is left waiting.

What each campaign brings in

From leads received to leads won, campaign by campaign, with what each one cost you: you enter your spend, the report does the maths.

Who sees what

Your leads are nobody’s business but your team’s.

Everyone sees what concerns them, and nothing from another company.

Your company Your leads, your accounts, your settings.

The manager sees every lead of the team, and who is handling it.

An employee sees the team’s leads, and changes only their own.

  • Another company sees nothing of yours.
  • VALKO can access your data when support, security or running the service requires it.

These limits are enforced by the server on every request, not just by what the screen shows.

Security

What protects your leads.

Nobody can read them back, not even us. A forgotten password gets replaced.

Questions

Questions worth asking before you try.

Another question? Write to us and we’ll reply by email.

Where can my leads come from?

Anywhere, as long as your team calls them. Your Facebook and Instagram lead forms come into Valko automatically. A lead from anywhere else (a call, a trade show, a referral) is added by hand, then follows the same path: calls, follow-ups, appointments.

What about the leads we already have?

Your Facebook and Instagram leads still available from Meta, about 90 days under Meta’s rule, can be imported, and so can a CSV export of those forms.

Is the app in English?

No. This site is in English, but the app’s interface is in French today. The screens shown on this page are translated so that you can follow them.

How do I start my free trial?

Write to us through the form or by email, and we’ll reply within one business day. We then open your workspace with you and set up how your leads will come in.

How much does it cost?

Pricing is sent on request: pick “Get pricing” in the form and we’ll email it to you within one business day. The 7-day trial is free and requires no credit card.

What happens after the 7 days?

We talk it over, if you’d like to continue.

Which devices get the alerts?

The phone and the computer of each team member, once alerts are turned on for that device. On iPhone and iPad, you need iOS 16.4 or later, and the app installed on the home screen. The app tells you whether a device can receive alerts, and a button sends a test alert: you check it during your trial.

What if there’s no network?

The app needs a connection. Without one, it says so clearly and nothing is saved halfway.

Who can see my leads?

An employee sees the team’s leads, and changes only their own. The manager sees the whole team. Nobody sees another company. VALKO can access them when support, security or running the service requires it.

How are calls made?

From each team member’s own phone and number, with no switchboard or extra line to set up: “Call” opens their phone and records that the call was started. From a lead’s page, you can also prepare an email or a WhatsApp message.

Let’s talk about your leads.
