What to tell us
So that we can find the right record, give in your message:
- your first and last name;
- the email address and the phone number used in the form;
- the Facebook Page concerned;
- the approximate date on which you sent the form.
Never send a password, a Meta access token or any other secret. If the request is about a Valko account, give the email address of the account and the organization it belongs to.
How the request is handled
VALKO looks for the data by hand from what you provide and, if needed, coordinates the request with the organization that uses the CRM. Proof of identity will only be asked for in case of reasonable doubt and will stay proportionate to the request.
The request is handled according to the applicable rights and to the legal obligations that may require some information to be kept. The reply states what was done or, where relevant, why a piece of data must be kept.
What deletion does
- For a lead, the delete action of the CRM removes the business data and the raw content received by webhook.
- Backup copies and some technical identifiers are not erased instantly. They may remain for as long as security, the integrity of the service or a legal obligation requires.
- Disconnecting a Facebook Page removes its access token, but does not delete the leads already imported. A separate deletion request is still needed.
- For a CRM account, deletion deactivates and anonymizes the account while preserving the history that is needed. It does not erase every trace exhaustively.
